Bun dosa recipe
Ingredients:
– Dosa batter – Bread slices – Ghee or oil – Chopped onions, cilantro, and coconut flakes
Prepare the dosa batter
Heat a griddle or tawa:
Grease it with ghee or oil.
Spread the batter:
Pour a thin layer of dosa batter onto the hot griddle.
Place the bread slice:
Carefully place a bread slice on top of the batter.
Cook until golden brown:
Cook until the edges of the bread turn crispy and the batter is set.
Fold and serve:
Fold the dosa like a crepe and serve hot.
Add toppings
Serve with your favorite chutney or sambar.
